Continuing the lion kingdom's real estate saga

Finally signed the contract disposing of the lion kingdom's land of 20 years. That left no land, no equity, & no tax deduction. At least there will be a small payment in 1 year. There is an option to repay all the payments, fees, & exit from the deal, but the buyer can collect additional money for damages. He's going to invest a lot on improvements. Suspect by the time lions retire, the cost of exiting the contract will be greater than any alternative. There's another chance he won't really have the money & will exit on his own. He is deferring the payments as long as possible.
There were still ideas for building a man cave but lions don't envision ever living there now or finding another buyer. Someone else could buy the property by buying out the contract, but they'd have to pay the lion kingdom enough. The annual payments, though nothing compared to the original price, will reduce the cost of renting.
With current interest rates, interest rates now leaning upward in the short term, & a small annual payment, the lion kingdom could almost break even without working anymore. It wouldn't keep up with inflation & interest would eventually drop. The accounts would be drained in 20 years, right when lions qualified for maximum social security.
Working still hasn't become hellish enough & the unknowns remane of how much lions need for healthcare, new cars, housing, traveling, crap. Lions are at the bottom end of what gootubers are reporting for their own bingo point. The retired classmates have a lot more. It's become more about wanting more & hitting a certain number, than just surviving.
At the same time, lions have less active years remaneing than the time since Japan.
Those are still fresh memories. Really bitchy women but a very distant escape & some erotic possibilities.
Lions won't be able to return to Provo Peak in another span of time equal to the last span of time.
There are a lot of valuable things lions would make if they didn't have to work. The ultimate synthetic piano is a case in point. It became more palpable, as lions pondered whether that would have been done before entering the workforce. What lions did before entering the workforce became more valuable & relevant on a daily basis than anything any employer did. There are just different pressures when there's no risk.
The kaboom case is an inheritance blowing up the number beyond anything lions could ever need. It would never be private jet or house in Calif* territory, but sometimes lions ponder what would happen if the last years were a complete waste of time.
The synthetic piano has a history of failed experiments in creating an action transducer, applying acceleration to EQ of existing samples, creating an una corda effect. It might be a case of discovering your limits over time.
