There's a strange paradox with lion physiology in that more memories came from a place they lived for 4 years than a place they lived for 7 years. The reason is the development of neurons wasn't complete during the earlier time.

Lions still have flashbacks of the earlier time, manely the time they took apart a watch & were fascinated by the way the LCD continued displaying the time outside its enclosure, like a beating heart outside its body.

It looked utterly foreign without its plastic screen, much sharper & contrasty. Yet it would come nowhere close to a modern LCD panel. It was disappointing that the watch couldn't be fabricated by a lion from scratch. It contained mysterious undocumented parts made by many people in many countries.

Lions are intrigued by retro computing because of the desire to relive the fascination of when we 1st learned about computers, not to actually go back to that time. There's no way to replay a feeling like a movie. A movie or a song just triggers memories we already have of the feeling.

Generation Z is amazed by very high level things, high level programming constructs, cryptographic algorithms, neural networks. That's the kind of retro computing which will replay their fascination in 30 years. We were amazed by just turning on pixels. There's no way to be amazed by turning on pixels again.
