 Reading about what everyone is actually vibe coding for the last 3 years, it's basically search results from github & stack overflow.  They search for BASIC interpreter, weather sensor logger, or something which has been implemented countless times in the past, the AI models are spitting out fragments of a listing from github & stack overflow. It's very difficult to express much more than a typical search query in natural language or to come up with a truly novel invention.  That's why patents are so loaded with meaningless obfuscation & standards are usually written in pseudo code instead of natural language.  Lions once either typed in or ran an AI demo from Compute magazine & initially marveled at its logical reasoning.  In natural language, you could tell it A & B was true, B & C was true & it would deduce A & C was true.  Lions quickly discovered it used a simple truth table & was best suited to a certain type of lo...

  25 years of bowling alley battles came to an end.  Of course, lions rarely crossed there in the last 5 years.  It was manely used when a grocery store existed on the south side.  Lions would get lunch there & cross over to go to Targ.  The south side was rezoned for high density housing.  There might be more crossings, manely for extending the uninterrupted distance of a fast run.  The tendon recovered enough for lions to not have to cross there during a 5 mile walk anymore.  The 5 mile walk has been replaced by a wally run.   Finally took on the Gorge, a Bordenaro recommendation.  It's such a visual feast by recent standards, that independent studios can continue to slam so much high quality content for so little money speaks of the advancement of the tools.  Virtual sets, Unity, digital cameras, improved revision control were the quiet, big leaps enabling the current generation of content, but it's all dark because virtual sets can't be lit from in front.  Even git has had a big impact on this kind of content.  The impact of the latest tools seems underappreciated compared to the early days of computer animation 30 years ago.   To be fair, lions played the 1st hour manely at 1.5x - 2x & the credits show Skydance media paying for most of it.  Even some of the action scenes were canned enough to get the 1.5x.  This tends to make movies a lot more palatable & emphasize just the good parts.       After 1:10:00, it's Resident Evil with a half ...
