Lion ponderings

  Lions are all for mildly overweight being better than skinny, but have erotic reasons for not being overweight.   Some nifty shots.  With the right gear, steep snow pitches can be navigated.  Lions were curious if crampons can be the basis for a trail sandal. It's been trending towards manually glued lugs on an excess sandal.  The key problems are high grip TPE being just unobtanium & spare sandals having a nonzero cost.  1mm sole material is now $51 which brings each sandal to over $10.  The adhesive has risen to $5 per tube.  The cord locks did get cheaper. The lug pattern is the big question.  Lions long dreamed of a single piece. Luna promotes this lug pattern.  To minimize the weight, they could be made from 2mm rubber & stuck on. It was always a development platform.  The games on tape were too slow to load.  The games on cartridge were pretty bad. 8 bit has over 40 C64's that he bought in the 90's for $5 in his basement.  He owns a house in Thunder Bay, which is a damn rare thing nowadays but they're in the dead of winter by mid Nov up there.  Maybe it could be a cozy place ...

  That'll teach you.  This was a lot harder than it was during the last run in 109F.  The last run in 109F might have been in 2020 with the previous truck version that was 30 seconds slower & had no variable speed.  It might have also been lack of conditioning or lack of wind.  Pretty sure lions gave up running in anything above 100F in 2022.  The leash swung the pendulum back.    Temperatures went on to peak at 5pm, showing things don't always cool down later.   Soling sheet felt bigger than the last one
