1st run out there in years.  Nothing like bringing the mane back food & eating it at midnight after a 12 miler.

It is now safe to calculate your net worth again.  Pretty dramatic split in the last month between the fed's action & the stonk market.  It's the 1st such split lions have seen.  It may be foreign central banks buying stonks.  It may be the Dave Ramsey movement buying index funds.  There's plenty of money on the sidelines during the dips.  The dips have been speculative selling by short term traders, not structural shifts.  We're now back to where lions started their last round of buying & 10% below the peak.

Lion body mass continues to bottom out at 162 in the summer & top out at 170 in winter.  It's not clear why this is.  Warmer temperatures causing more evaporation?  Colder temperatures causing more appetite?  Change in diet from microwaved to baked foods?  Colder temperatures allowing more running & bringing home food?  Time of running changing from after dinner to daytime?  More sugar in holiday food? This is expensive lion poison & actually worse than dairy ice cream.  It's based on oats.   Expensive but effective.  Still haven't seen anyone with more than 1 or the IR upgrade.   Today's falcon 9 observation was a successful failure.  Successful in that the lion accurately pointed the camera to where the rocket 1st rose above the horizon & managed to get the 1st shot with the horizon & rocket visible.  It was a failure in that movie crop mode disables itself after every reboot, so the shot was without movie crop mode.   Another failure was the need

Goat update Finally finished Iron Eagle HD, more clearly showing a mock up air force one in the final scene.  There's no mention of what airplane it was, but it doesn't match any real air force one livery.   Noted the final formation was not the missing man formation as did the old lion 40 years ago. Plenty of Israeaeali air force footage.  Israaeaeal is still the 2nd largest F-16 operator with 361. The confuser graphics were a key plot point.  It was still pretty intense to create movie graphics like that in 1985.  It could have been done on a PC with EGA graphics.   It would have been difficult on commodore 64 to get the smoothly scrolling airplane overlays, but it could have been done in timelapse. When the vacuum fluorescent dot matrix display showed this, it was getting real.  Despite the talk of military downsizing, US currently has 900 F-16's in service.  The newer stealth fighters aren't even a blip. The dialog during the climax continues to be memorable.

Wonder Hussy's sister appeared on camera for the 1st time & holy hairpieces it's like seeing a clone wandering around.  Originally thought her sister was morbidly obese because #1, she doesn't want to be on camera, #2 she had massive food poisoning, #3 she has a day job & doesn't travel anywhere, #4 she doesn't live with a man.  In reality, she's a hottie. The big question is what the 2 of them do for satisfaction out in the middle of nowhere.  Hussy always mentions the coming & going of boyfriends.  Do the 2 sisters battle over men?  She mentioned having a mortgage on that $1/2 million house.  If they hit it off & move out, they would have to abandon their share of the mortgage.  Obviously, Hussy's boyfriends are all long distance relationships.  Suspect they're much older, since she's only pictured around much older men. Interestingly, she said there wasn't enough money to pave the porch, which makes one wonder how leveraged h

https://www.sfgate.com/bayarea/article/san-leandro-bayfair-center-sold-17523024.php The mighty bayfair mall was closed some time ago & finally sold for conversion into condos.  It will now be condofair.  In all the years of waiting there on BARF trains, never ever went in there.  It would have entailed paying to go out & into the station. There was 1 time when the lion kingdom needed an extra mask & would have gone there, but it wasn't worth the cost of going there.  There are STILL animals who wear masks. The mane runs that lions do without cars are BARF to the berkeley marina & BARF to the ocean.
Another week when the fed took $20 billion out of the stonk market, but the stonk market charged higher, approaching its all time highs.  Plenty of cash to buy stonks & no commitment of the fed to do what it says it's going to do.  Like the summer, there was another rumor that the fed was about to pivot.  Lions continue to observe lack of inventory & rising prices. Lions noted a recent influx of foreign plates.  Lots of layoffs in Texas & NY.  Animals are getting told to come to Calif* to have a job.

Dreamed about making love to "Ellie in Space" previously known as The Sheriff.  She obviously had ancestors in law enforcement, but modern conservative gender roles dictated that she lose the sheriff.  Anyways, since quitting her day job, getting more sunlight, & wearing less makeup, she became easier on the eyes. It might have been hitting 30 & hitting the spark of maturity which always appears right before they disappear from the internet.  She definitely banged a lot of men who are less into indoor sports than she was.  She was completely an indoor girl who denied any interest in outdoor guys & then she met some missionary in Salt Lake who got her into hiking. Life appears to end at 30 on the internet.  We don't know what happens to anyone after 10 years of marriage, kids, career changes, divorces, home ownership.  We don't know what anyone over 40 looks like & start assuming anyone over 30 just looks like a 30 year old.  We only see when they just

Another food which doesn't react well to being sideways. Cleaned up by the mane A large shipment of parts for the next F-35 nozzle is on the way, so another 2 boxes were compressed into 1 plastic container before the next shipment of Chinese junk arrives. The large corona & lunchbox parts finally got voted out. Safe to say the corona will never fly again, after 15 years. The 1st 3D printed gopro mounts never found a use. The wood scraps never found a use. The true legacy of 3D printing may be the amount of structural parts which can be created on demand instead of stored for decades. The giant APC props from China never found a use.  They seemed to be intended for flying fast but couldn't make enough thrust to hover. The slowfly props seemed to be intended for hovering.  There is still a belief another flying machine will someday use the giant slowfly props.  Most of the storage is now for propellers.  The only ideas in recent memory have been ground vehicles which use p

The mane highlights of the shape of water were the shapes of the 1950's done to an extreme level.  Their definition of home automation was different than today's, yet they still had a fascination with home automation.  Who needs motorized air vents & desks when you've got clock radios & intercoms.  It really was the jet age, but lions are now struck more by how high the standard of living was.  There's no way an employee today could afford a house & a new car on a whim.  There are cues that they just moved in. The 1950's cadillac show room was a masterpiece.  1950's movie palace was a masterpiece.  There's not much to the alien but a guy in a costume with magical healing abilities.  It's not easy being a mcguffin. The pirated copy doesn't have any subtitles during the russian scenes.  Lions only gleamed the russian spy failed to do his job & was killed. It's otherwise a very traditional  Guillermo del Toro  movie, clumsy heros w
The lion kingdom had morbid thoughts about how housing prices were $600,000 above its net worth when it started working.  25 years of working later, housing prices are $2 million above its net worth.  That was decidedly not a productive 25 years & lions are obviously not going to get any closer to owning a house by waiting or working.   Animals think there can be a 90% drop in housing prices someday.  The lion kingdom says if they just dropped 10%, there would be deflation & the money printing would restart quickly.  Housing prices & consumer prices aren't 2 separate universes like they were 100 years ago.  Houses are the mane source of liquidity & the collateral for the national debt.  There's not going to be a huge drop & even if there is, it's going to be short lived.  It only sucks for the animals which need short term appreciation. Lions feel so poor reading about where former coworkers went.  That Neil Page lifestyle with the giant colonial house,

The last of the filing cabinets arrived, at which time the lion kingdom discovered they're $300 & off branded ones are $140.  1 of the 3 is supposed to have a 3rd wheel in front for the bottom drawer.  The other 2 don't have 3rd wheel positions so maybe it's not critical.  The implication is they'll want to fall over when the bottom drawer is out. Pre inflation prices aren't given but probably 1/2. There are also square ones which can be stacked on top of.  The rounded ones don't have a useful space on top. The downside to moving from cardboard boxes to all this storage is the thing that stores the stuff isn't the same thing that moves the stuff.  They're extra containers to move.  The upside is they're more flame proof & easier to access.   The lion kingdom had deduced there was enough room for 3.   Most of the storage space is notepads from the last years of college which will never be used again & empty CD cases.  There was a belief
