Lions really do make $1000 every day.  Maybe we'll hit 80,000 on the dow handle in a year, 160,000 in 2 years, 300,000 in 3 years.  Meanwhile, the balance sheet is back to where the banks started rolling over. The stonk market might be reacting to the defeat of student loan forgiveness, freeing up a lot of capital.  It might also reflect Appl cracking 3 tril.  50% of berk is appl.  Lions still feel like it's another yahoo, but they felt that way 20 years ago. Is the vision pro the breakout moment for VR?  Lions have been hoping for a VR epiphany which could replace real estate with virtual real estate.  That would send the fed funds rate negative in a hurry to save housing prices. The lion oscillator is flashing well overbought.

Athlete hotties on twitter are all depending on men to win the bread while they sell lifestyle web sites.  Technically, a patriarchal marriage can yield a doubling of income if the wife earns just enough to max out social security.  Then, you'd get a doubling of income from social security without both partners being equal.  It's just the 62 years before social security when the man would be the breadwinner. The maximum for social security is a lot higher than it was 20 years ago & probably way beyond lifestyle web site income.  The doubling of income through marriage is a lot less attainable than it was 40 years ago. Social security has reduced its payouts by increasing the threshold of the maximum distribution much faster than inflation.  20 years ago, it was $87,000.  Today, it's over $160,000 but the benefit is the same as someone who made $87,000 20 years ago. This is combined with a 20% reduction in benefits by 2035.

Most striking for lions was how the foam ballast was haphazardly stuffed in with no shaping to save space.  Maybe that's how it's always done.  Obviously, the carbon fiber is no more.  The batteries must have been the orange cases.  Everything is randomly thrown together. Some blurry transcoding of transcoded CBC footage shows other bits.  The front window area was intact.  The front window was obviously blasted out when the carbon fiber imploded.

Here we find out the reason for carbon fiber was to increase buoyancy.  He thought traditional titanium spheres didn't have enough buoyancy & all the foam they carried was to compensate.  Manly Scott seemed to think carbon fiber provided too much buoyancy. Whatever the reason, lions believe he went with carbon fiber because it was cheaper to manufacture than a titanium sphere & it was easier to handle on a smaller boat.  He emphasized using the submersible raft instead of a crane.  It was all about saving money. Kiwipedia had some nuggets on Oceangate. Their 1st 2 subs were Antipodes & Cyclops 1. They both used a steel hull & were bought used from elsewhere. The 1st one they built themselves was Titan/Cyclops 2. It wasn't an incremental design based on anything else they did. It was not a collaboration with any universities. The collaboration was for a carbon fiber concept of Cyclops 1 but it was abandoned. No university physics lab signed off on

Not all billionaires had their pick of supermodels. It makes lions wonder, as animals obsessed with Titanic, would a lion have gone if offered a free trip.  A lion would definitely not have paid for it.  Lions have turned back from many less sketchy things.  The democratization of Titanic can only go so far.  The idea of being in such a small space with 4 guys, so far down would have been too much.  It wouldn't have gotten to the point of whether it was a safe design.

The lion kingdom finally downloaded Batman 1989, at least 33 years after the last viewing.  It was a staple of those last summer vacations. The mane memory was the underground plastic surgery scene, which we can now see in HD glory. Scowly, short tempered Michael Keaton is now considered the best batman.  Jack Nicholson's makeup was the scariest of all the jokers because it wasn't makeup.  Basinger fainting was 1 of the many idiosyncrasies along with the batwing failing to shoot the joker. Young lion couldn't figure out those scenes & neither can old lion.  They may just have been intended for promotional material.  They played the hell out of Batdance on the radio, all 6 minutes of it. The late 80's were the arrival of the yuppies in showbiz.  That was a period of transition from the stars playing relatable characters to playing a completely separate class the audience wasn't involved in. The dying for the cash scene reminded lions of dating, years later.  The
