The brushless gimbal was set up for the 99% possibility the truck gets kicked off the course. It would entail carrying a spare battery in a 2nd paw & not having any food. It would capture just a timelapse. It's believed to have enough battery power to capture 75% of the run. The ideal scenario would be a truck video, since that takes the best footage. The equipment was tested extensively, but has a nonzero chance of malfunctioning. In a scenario of the truck malfunctioning, it could be slowed down to walking speed & the course completed in a longer time. The mane concerns are the usual problems like bowel movements, hitting the wall, paw injury, parking. A large number of animals are going to treat the run like a real half marathon. Watched cringe fest The One again after 20 years, but the mane memories were just the vicarious way the mane character lived the life of a rich hockey player, imagined himself living in the posh NY apartment of the hockey player, & n

The government ended its last 3 year suck of the sav somewhere in the $8.94 trillion range.  It won't get above $9 trillion this time.  They have plenty of ways to defer any interest rate increases by highlighting a GDP contraction, calling it a recession, citing stonk market volatility or war.  The lion kingdom believes Friday's selloff was because of the negative GDP report on Thursday. Lions are guilty of not investing aggressively enough.  It comes in the form of not having big enough positions & waiting too long.  The mane problem is a scenario where lions gradually become more immune to risk until they're not noticing when they're betting the farm.  The lion kingdom gets huge urges to bet the farm.   So the Russians spent 20 minutes of oxygen unfurling that stupid flag.  They appeared intent on mounting it permanently but settled on holding it in position for a photo op, then putting it away.  It's the 1st time they ever did that.  The lion kingdom would have accidentally dropped it.  Maybe the temporary positioning was an accident.  Undoubtedly, accidentally dropping it would have resulted in someone getting shot. That's enough reason to unbolt from the russian segment & build a replacement.  The lion kingdom believes the russian segment only provides attitude control & reboosts.  A bare starship with just its normal reaction control thrusters could do the job.  It would cost less than twitter.   Analysts have been trying to pressure TWTR stonk down by creating doubt about Elon's buyout, but there's a document from the SEC showing he sold $5 billion of TSLA to fund the buyout. Suspect TWTR has been under pressure manely from index funds & less from d

The most popular home office for middle aged men has converged on the end of a hallway.  Not sure if this is because it looks better on a video call or if it's the only isolated place from the large family they've built up over the last 20 years.  In the past, coworkers ranged from a laundry room to a garage to a living room, to a dedicated home office. The lion kingdom believes Elon could not have spent $44 billion on starship if he wanted to.  $25 billion was financed by banks.  A sign of the times,  banks would give him $25 billion in credit backed by a social network but not by a space program.  Social networks are better collateral than the pie in the sky space programs that were done in the 1960's. He was already getting roasted for over spending on starship instead of solving the mundane.  He's completely at the mercy of public opinion, whether it's because of his own desire to be popular or because of public control of tax policy.  A wealth tax was in the n

The next business park falls in the 40 year effort to move jobs into the tri valley.  Wishful thinking about an eastern migration peaked from 1990-1995.  Office space construction peaked from 2000-2005.  Then, they started demolishing office space in 2015.   Lions see the most likely outcome for TWTR being all shares getting redeemed for $54. The only reason for it to go below $54 is belief the deal won't go through or a selloff of index funds, but the lower it goes the higher the buyout gain. The absolute worst outcome would be a significant drop, Elon backing out & renegotiating a deal at a much lower price than traders paid. It's been such a long & persistent process, lions don't see the worse case happening.  He mentioned having a plan B if the buyout was rejected.  A sub $54 price during a general market decline is most certainly caused by index funds rather than chances the deal won't go through.

So the famous Danucd house is a prefab house from huf-haus, ART4.  It was built in 2021. https://www.huf-haus.com/en-uk/art/art-4-sample-6/ https://www.huf-haus.com/en-uk/art-4-sample-3/ The street & back sides are the same & glassed over.   It's 1412 sq ft.  The internet has a long circulating price of $500-$600 per sq ft since 2010.  That equated to $900,000 back then, which still sounds like the fair market price for 1400 sq ft in today's money. https://www.architectmagazine.com/technology/huf-haus-luxury-pre-fab-homes-combine-green-design-with-german-engineering_o There are very few photos of the house besides the 1 video. https://twitter.com/Danucd1/status/1363071467647361024 It's not normal for the field to be covered in snow.  She probably owns the land up to the trees, as a rich gootuber.  The entire estate is probably $1.5 million. https://twitter.com/Danucd1/status/1405444891367329795 There's a short video with the landscaping still under construction.

Heroine muscle https://ktla.com/news/nationworld/woman-falls-headfirst-into-outdoor-toilet-while-trying-to-retrieve-phone/ The answer to the long standing question of what happens if you fall in a campground toilet.  They're called vault toilets.  They have a large tank under the toilet, tall enough to stand in.  Anything dropped in is basically gone.  In hindsight, a lion was unlikely to be small enough to fall in, yet a human finally managed to fall in.   In the case of a phone, the best option is to find a magnet & string.  Sadly, lions don't have magnets when they're running on trails.  The only other discomfort with vault toilets is blasting your excrement into a great void, not knowing where it's landing.

The last stand of Harlan house.  In the last year, the windows all got smashed.  It's considered unsalvageable, so the highrise intended to replace it is now assumed to have a replica.  There are some renditions of the high rise. https://www.sanramon.ca.gov/news/hot_topics/el_nido There are some photos of its lush days. There are a lot more aerial photos than what the goog has, with an annoying red box which doesn't even line up with anything.  The house was originally an L & it's believed the west section of the L was the original house on Alcosta.  It was once the only game in town. The more salient photo shows when the housing development & the freeway were laid down.  There was no geographic reason for curving all the streets.  It could have been a grid.  It's a mystery to lions how architects dream up random street paths instead of grids & why they don't use grids.   As with any redevelopment plan, there's now a lot of opposition manely for th

The things lions do to only pay $2000 in rent.  While water is off for 6 days every year, it hasn't been for more than 12 hours at a time. The lion kingdom distinctly remembers the water being off for several days in 1984, not knowing when it would come back on, looking around the complex for signs that a repair was coming after a few days, but seeing nothing.  It was not a single day outage.  There were distinctly water containers in the kitchen & we drove back to the house for showers.   That phase of marital difficulty happened when the old man was 42.  His peak marrital difficulties spanned age 38 - 45 or 1980-1987.  Those days spawned beliefs that the grass was greener in other marriages, but it wasn't true. It's manely relevant to the lion kingdom because lions experienced no such difficulties from age 38-45.  Comparatively, lions had a very low stress time.  It's believed a lion marriage would have been equally as difficult & fallen apart because friction

Lions are once again the only animals buying bonds during the biggest bull market of the century. Starting May 1, I bonds will pay 16%. Currently, they pay 7%. The interest rate is updated in December & May. It's the federal funds rate at time of purchase + a variable rate which is 2x the last 6 months of inflation. On May 1, the federal funds rate will be 0 & the inflation rate will be 8%. They can't be sold for 1 year. If sold before 5 years, you lose the last 3 months of interest. All the interest is taxed at the federal level but not state level. A maximum of $10,000 can be bought per year. The lion kingdom suspects the interest rate boost in May will be short lived & it will trend back to 0 over the bond's lifetime, as inflation works its way back to just asset prices. Having said that, there's also a good chance the government is willing to live with reporting double digit inflation for a long time. Waiting 6 months for the next interest

The const keyword has enjoyed booming success over the last 20 years, when it was previously either neglected or considered irrelevant. Its mane use was previously to protect data from being overwritten or to help the compiler use literals instead of variables. The mane reason it resurged is NAND. A program is more often run directly from flash nowadays than RAM. The Linux kernel might even memory map the flash to virtual memory, though it might be too slow when flash is read in blocks. The const keyword causes parts of the program to be stored in flash which would have to be copied to RAM if they were writable. The mane writable parts are arrays & strings. The const keyword has to follow every reference to the pointer in the entire program, which makes for an explosive use. The lion kingdom noted the chearch has 1 nearby apartment on a long term lease. Every 8 months, a different pair of 2 guys in black & white come out of it, carrying lots of books. It's prett

The lion kingdom got 2012 recommendations after searching for AN-224 videos, as most of the world did.  It's visually a cut above Sharknado, but equally pointless.  Since the mortal heroine movies of generation X went away & the gootubes became a wasteland of rich millennials showing off their $5 million LCD fireplaces, lions have come to depend on trashy apocalypse movies.   Entertaining enough to finish in 1 sitting & not as unbearable as other movies which got 5.8 on IMDB. Not spaceships, but large boats manage to save some of the population so they can start over in Africa, which miraculously or politically correctly escapes destruction.  Apparently, the atmosphere was unbreathable, so no-one in Africa would have survived.  The ending was sort of an about face from a total destruction to a reorganization of the planet.  We're led to believe the arcs are spaceships right until the last 40 minutes when they're revealed to have anchors. The lion kingdom has concl
