Did this tempo run again.  Couldn't go as fast as the younger lion.  Surprisingly, doing a small part of it at 7m30s didn't dramatically reduce the total speed.  Did the same part at 7m/mile during the return.

3 days in the city didn't feel like it yielded many complete desks, maybe because they were spread over 3 months.  3 months yielded only 3 complete desks & 1 frame.  The 3rd panel will be cut & sealed with oil based polyurethane probably after the mounting & drilling is done.  Kind of insane for a lion to have $3000 in  just desks.  Other animals have a lot more by middle age, but in other furniture.

After all the worrying about the stripped bolt, the only other farstener ended up not stripped.  Once removed, the entire piece could be rotated counterclockwise, loosening the stripped bolt enough to get it off with a normal wrench.  There's still not enough room for that crossbar anywhere.

The only plan for the instrument stand is bolting on MDF sheets with springs.

With the plugs under the tables finally accessible, it was possible to measure the power usage.  The ceiling light burns 150W.  There is a desire to add more lights.  It feels like it could use a variable brightness.

Speaking of furniture, the abandoned Bethlehem steel building which formerly preserved the sooty manufacturing focus of the 1920's is now a furniture store.  That must have taken serious housing inflation.
