So you're saying vibe coding now requires learning a new programming language.  In addition to the slash commands you now have to create skill scripts.  Lions were working on an mbedtls problem for which no examples existed on the goog.  Grok tried to fake it but was useless.

Would almost pay to go down there if dominant, evil queen was part of the package.  Wonder if she has a VIP plan.  Helas, she didn't have much to say beyond cliches a 21 year old would know.

Gen Z women are really tall but still all doctor/lawyer/executive property.

Alternate gladiator history

Honesty, common sense, compassion, reform

Surprised how bad a lot of pirated movies now look.  They now have to be at least 7GB to look any good.  It might be generation loss from many transcodings.

Lions have now obtained 4 versions of Gladiator.  The 2001 copy was a rented DVD transcoded to 1.7megabit.  It's unwatchable now & the audio can no longer be decoded.  Even the 720p copy from TV is now a turd.  1 pirate copy is 1.3 megabit & the most recent one is 7 megabit.

Lions remember how bad many formerly decent looking transcodings looked on the 1st LCD.  By the HD era, they weren't resolving individual pixels anymore.  Lions were still using MPEG-4 & 960x1080 to make decent yet playable copies on their obsolete CRT.  Seeing tori_soundstage.mov on the LCD showed it was time to upgrade to at least 1920x1080.  MPEG-4 continued for a few more years.

Haven't seen anything on a CRT since 2008, but the experience of having decent looking video fall apart on an LCD means the quality of a CRT would probably look horrendous now.  Now here we are, complaining about the lack of color fidelity on 4000x3000 stabilized gopro footage.

Continuing the android programming binge, finally finished a decade old agenda to create a decent music player, Super Player.

Super Player & Sound Inspector were over a decade in the making.

Sound Inspecter satisfied a long need for a precise way to access sections of a file.

The Super Player journey began when the lion kingdom's ancient Sandisk finally disappeared in 2015.  The great challenge was always developing a recursive algorithm to search the entire filesystem for the next or previous song.  The 1st attempt tried scanning the entire filesystem during startup.  The 2nd attempt incrementally scanned when it hit the end of the current directory.  It stops when it hits the end of the filesystem or a file it can't play back.

The next great challenge was decoding the file in RAM so the volume could be boosted.  Grok greatly aided the decoding, but the rest was copying manely prior work with the filesystem API, the layout & the playback API.

1 big wish was originally to have it start playing when it detected the car ignition & stop playing when the car stopped, rewinding a few seconds.  It was to be a permanent car player.  Helas, the high temperatures would have roasted any phone.  A true Sandisk replacement would have to be a single board confuser running a C program.

After many years with the Sandisk, lions seemed to become nostalgic for the years before 2006, when the car only had radio.  The car radio ceased to be used in 2006, then came back in 2015.  It only played mp3 CD's for 2 years until the CD player died.
