Library of congress has some more high res photos of a different time in heroine hall's past. The section hosting banjo playing heroine of 1880 was looking quite beaten up. Based on the truck & the signage, it was probably the 1990's. From 1916-1943, it was used just as a dorm. At some point in the 20th century, it had a low budget extension with some kind of bathroom. Banjo heroine's facilities must have been a bit too rustic by 20th century standards.

A 1915 photo showed the cupola still intact, so it wasn't damaged in 1906. The world that was thriving in the 1870's was manely abandoned in the 1980's, probably from urban decay & the 1st migration to the suburbs.
