The 3rd & final Everyday Guy episode was the 1st time we got to see the leads & directors & any of his interactions with the workers.  Taylor Swift started out in human resources & swiftly migrated to construction management.  Sam Patel isn't on the linkedins, but he's been in the cleanup photos looking unimpressed.

Sadly, it was revealed that the recycled tower crane arms are not for catching, but quick disconnects for fueling.  They haven't built any catching hardware.

The employee enthusiasm is a bit canny.  It wasn't previously announced he would be there that night, yet they're running towards him, anxious to tell him the story.  They're quite a bubbly contrast to the boss arriving completely wasted, like a machine which has grown beyond its creator.

You never know if they're putting on the smiles the boss wants to see, if they're just enamored to be in the modern Edison's presence, or if they even notice the boss is wasted.  Interviews with employees up & down the ladder & photos from other times have given widely varying opinions, but it's certain they all believe in Elon's vision.

After 18 minutes, Elon is back at the Tesla after rounding the jobsite.  He's pretty tired of telling Everyday Guy they're not working on the oil rigs, only to have Everyday Guy ask again "what's being done with the oil rigs?"  Sometimes the ultimate interview would be just showing Elon working instead of asking questions.
