The answer is yes, vimeo has shut down for all intents & purposes.  They originally had a weekly limit of 1GB for uploads & unlimited total storage.  Those were reduced at some point to unusable amounts for non paying customers.  Then, there was only the gootube.







The only reason Encanto arrived on the hard drive was the heroine.  Obviously a capture of an analog signal, in order to circumvent DRM.  


The trend has been for every job to start out on-site because no-one knows what's really going to require being on site. Over time, as discoveries are made, they become remote. That's probably how lions are going to live out their lives. Getting jobs will always require being near the location, even though they'll be doable remotely in the long term.
