The internet completely froze at 4pm today. Black friday deals hit & everyone got off work at the same time.

The fed finally threw in the towel with the long awaited pivot & the stonk market roared to within record territory. The 28 handle is long forgotten. Quantitative tightening is the next shoe to drop. The big question is how the government is going to explain away or obfuscate any continued inflation. The narrative has shifted from transient to lagging.

The gootube finally allowed audio in the thumbnail previews that everyone watches to avoid commercials. Previously, the cost of watching a thumbnail without commercials was the audio, but obviously big data has shown adding audio to not cost any revenue. Gootube videos are so overwhelmingly trash, it's rarely worth watching anything in higher resolution.

Community, shorts, & thumbnail players are the big new features which they're not monetizing. They might be making more money by increasing traffic than by monetization.
