Made some more changes to try to get frame rate override working with nested EDL's. The frame rate override is equivalent to nesting an EDL inside another EDL with a reframert plugin & a different frame rate. It always has to do 1 more calculation outside the nested EDL, no matter what. It can't just substitute a new frame rate inside the nested EDL.
As far as the nested EDL is concerned, its frame rate is fixed. Only the reader needs to scale its current position by the override frame rate. The override position is then treated like it's in the nested EDL's frame rate.
Audio wisely doesn't support a sample rate override since it has never been needed & it would be quite difficult to insert a resampling step.
The override frame rate allows us to make a lot of edits inside a nested EDL.

Transcode of a transcode of a transcode of a row of olivetti M24's with monochrome monitors in the olivetti factory. If only the original source was known. What would a lion do with a 640x400 monochrome confuser today? Absolutely nothing. Not even the 16 color version would have any use. It's just a memory of another time. The factory was abandoned after 2009 & largely burned down. It sounded like they were pushing for a high end CAD machine, but it was crazy expensive. Now, anyone can do CAD modeling without even thinking about it.
