Finally tracked down the Sun bootloader font from many decades ago & put it in Cinelerra as gallant12x22. Put Sun Gallant Demi into the goog to get useful results.

It's a fixed point font in an archaic format. Some guy converted it into a TTF with a lot of antialiasing. He has a PNG image showing no antialiasing. It has to be set to size 22 & requires a threshold to get rid of the antialiasing. Freetype might be shifting it 1/2 pixel vertically.
It had a kind of curiosity value, but lions have had no need for any fixed point fonts besides the 24pt Sony of CAEDM fame.
Another hit said it was 1 of the fonts available in kernel framebuffer mode. Lions haven't used kernel framebuffer mode in decades. It could possibly replace 24pt Sony if lions wrote a fixed point converter.
As for the other Sun lore, there's some potato cam footage of the Sun flight simulator, Aviator. You can be the sole owner of a Sparcstation GX or you can have video capture knowledge, but you can't have both.
Good old 8 bit palette color & dithering was so impressive in 1991. Now, it's not really worth screencapping. Lions did remember the only imagery was Calif* despite showing a big old map. Sadly, he didn't go high enough to show the photo realistic quality. It only worked on higher end workstations, from $15k - $50k.
You needed pretty schmick qualifications to be trusted supporting a product for a $50k workstation. That made it a lot more exclusive than today, when the target platform is only a few bucks. A workstation with 1600x1280 graphics & running only proprietary UNIX software was pretty nuts in 1989. In those days, the operating system was still manely written just for 1 machine & came with the machine.
During the lion kingdom's experience in a Sparcstation shop, despite the level of achievement required to be employed writing software for a $50k workstation, a lot of them quit after that. They had to work long hours & it was partly to justify the capital expense. Management was pretty inept, but highly credentialed.
Most animals in silicon valley then were probably writing PC software. The lower cost of the platform probably meant those jobs paid less. Similarly, most of the money today is probably made on AI software which requires a $5k GPU to do anything or back end software which requires millions of dollars for a data center. They're going to be the most selective about who gets trusted to deploy that capital.

The high pressure of pain, but it was nowhere close to 2022's peak heat wave. That heatwave had multiple days of 100+ indoors, peaking at 102. We have not breached 100 this year.
During today's peak heating, Ego Monger was 10 deg cooler. That's the power of marrying a multi millionaire.
Lions were lucky to have the means to live on their own, in the same state as the trophy wives of the rich for 24 years, but the luck is almost over. There's only enough room for animals who serve a purpose. Lion parents, despite a dual income & much higher educational attainment only lasted 18 years.
