Lion ponderings

     Given the high bean diet of the temporary crown, lions did a fartlek.  Aimed for fatigue level instead of landmarks, but they ended up being manely 160m with 1 257m.  Then did a 7m58s mile uphill.  That was disappointing.  They really felt longer than 160m.  Lions really need the robot to hit the higher efforts.  Fortunately, the posterior tibialis was less painful after finishing than when it started.  It's quite the opposite of 2 years ago.  It eventually flared up after the speed mile but it wasn't a permanent regression like 2 years ago. The year now stands at 3011 miles with a lifetime total of over 30,000 miles.  Earth's circumference fell in 2023.
