Looks like the long term outlook is for Iran to permanently charge a new fee for passage through the straight of Hormuz, enforced by drones.  The fee will be used to rebuild its military & WMD program.

After all those deaths & destroyed F-14's, the only outcome was Iran securing reparations.  It's worse than simply evacuating a la Afghanistan & acting like it never happened.   Now motorists have to pay the ayatollah to rebuild, much like Germany paying reparations after WWI. It really does feel like Germany after WWI. At least the reparations will be paid in devalued currency.

Still remarkable what the world's strategic oil reserves have done since 50 years ago.  In 1979, the world would have stopped 2 weeks ago, yet life goes on like nothing happened, living on its oil reserves.

Cube houses looking a lot like

Ha-Zeitim St in Tel Aviv.

Never did find the location of the bombing photo.  Comparing the uniformity of the buildings to anything on the maps, it's definitely generated.  There were never any missile attacks as bad as shown.  AI consumes more & more of our time, both to disprove generated imagery & to convey information through prompts.

The cheapest cubes are now $1.3M. The single family cubes are $1.8M. Saw an(other) over 50 man in there. What goes through the mind of someone over 50, willing to put that much into a cube instead of retiring.

Israel is not the palatial towers depicted on the internet. It's economic output is redirected heavily into the military.
