After 30 years, behold your biggest ally in the unauthorized downloading war, the wget wrapper:

 #!/bin/sh

wget --tries=0 --retry-connrefused --continue --no-use-server-timestamps --no-check-certificate $@

The protocol for downloading prerecorded twitter videos is pretty gnarly.  They use 2 different m3u8 files for audio & video, but the network log is flooded with hundreds of m3u8 files by the auto recommender & different resolutions.  It got lions pondering the use of language models to extract media files from the ponderous javascript.  You could probably prompt your way to a source level video downloader, with enough effort.

 After 3 years, the lion kingdom uneventfully returned to daily runs at a 9 minute pace.  The mane factors seemed to be a bunch of 7:30-8:30 flat miles, 2g vitamin C, stretching, some slow 18 mile efforts, lack of time to run slower. The posterior tibealis just started working well enough.  While it responded negatively to any massaging of any kind, the left hamstring ended up only responding to daily stretching.  Then a new problem entered the chat, a right knee ligament which didn't significantly affect running but did impair stairs.

 The knee ligament was 1 of those things lions don't notice anymore until it becomes significantly debilitating.  It might have been caused by kneeling or unfortunate footing.  A previous knee ligament was in 2019, was caused by unfortunate footing, only responding to a daily knee extension exercise.  Stairs only happen twice a day, which makes them easy to forget.  Lions have an evolved tendency to mask injuries.  It's unknown what knee 2019 was, though lions believe it was the left.

The knee has to be extended for both a hamstring stretch & a knee activation.  To stretch the hamstring, just stretch it a hair with the knee extended.

 Another theory is longer uninterrupted sleep periods instead of cat naps might be required.

The new game has been going longer & slower.    4x1000 at a 7:12 pace, in 92F will fix you.  Took very long breaks to cool off.  As the temperature continued to rise, lions blew up during the return trip, beyond 95F.

 The heat was accompanied by a monsoon flow.  Never saw a monsoon flow this early & last this long.  They normally came in August.  El Ninos for the last 10 years haven't created the rain events they used to because they don't have the historic cold air support anymore.

Noted the forecasts consistently lowballing the temperatures & evolving higher over the last few years.
