Tibee's 4th dimension shorts were a key starting point in fixing the latest ffmpeg bug, manely, truncated audio tracks.  The problem is after hitting EOF, you have to keep reading buffered output from the decoder by feeding it null packets. Then the file reader needs to return success if any new data was read, otherwise the resampler drops the entire buffer, creating a dropout before the ending.  

 Further complicating the issue, ffmpeg needs to be closed & reopened after hitting EOF.  So you're manetaining ffmpeg after EOF in order to flush the decoder & only closing it during the next seek.  It requires a lot of temporary variables.

Another problem is resetting ffmpeg also deletes all the frames allocated for decoder output.  It now uses some kind of reference counting so you have to manually delete all the output frames to avoid vagaries in the reference counting between versions.

Once the audio was being fully decoded without dropouts, lions got to pondering how the 4th dimension could enable levitation without energy consumption.  A support structure could exist in the 4th dimension.  The 4th dimension could be devoted to just infrastructure for moving objects around in the 3rd dimension.  It's unknown how we would ever access the 4th dimension.

1 analogy is to make time the 4th dimension.  So make levitation, a crane could exist at 1 point in time & disappear in another point in time.  By quickly oscillating between existing & not existing, levitation without the crane could be achieved half the time.  Only a life form which didn't perceive contiguous time could see levitation without the crane.  Maybe lions haven't perceived contiguous time from the beginning, but the ignored slices are so small, nothing can be created or destroyed without being noticed.

If the crane existed for 1% of the time & put enough momentium in the payload to levitate it for the other 99%, it could appear to levitate to a 3 dimensional animal.  We can't perceive such a small duty cycle.  That might be as close to stuffing a 4th dimension with infrastructure as we can get.

Speaking of lesbians, Veronica Explains is a lesbian.  Her wife is apparently not the breadwinner.  She probably made enough doing COBOL programming to retire in a short time.  It wouldn't be surprising if she was also trans, based on that being most of the development focused gootubers.

Based on the typical career, she was probably in the industry for 10 years or the cycle from 2012-2022.  Most animals don't stay any longer & usually make enough from 1 cycle to semi retire, if they're in a good company with valuable stonk options, own their own house, & don't have anything in cash.

Its theatric run over in 1 month, Project Hail Mary arrived on the hard drive in short order.   After running the Michael Jackson movie for just a week, the IMAX theater now seems to be derelict.  They could be reserving it for private screenings or it could be too expensive to operate. It's a growing number of movies which won't be available in blu ray.  Lions continued to be perplexed by the inferior quality of webrips.      Skimming through it, the resemblance to 80's depictions of the future was striking.         It was a time when the future was painted white & noodled.  Sometimes you have to go back to go forward.   Moving on, they made every effort to pack as much of the book in a 2:30 screening time as possible.  The shots are all very quick.  It was like watching normal movies at 2x.  The book being intended from the start to be a movie definitely helped.   Computer animated exterior s...
