The yew tree ball is 1 of those dry factoids which bored lions to tears in history classes & might come up on game shows.  Apparently, it was rare for the palace of Versailles to host any celebrations like that.  The yew ball might have been the only one which started at 11pm.  

What they did have were coronation balls, the same way US has inauguration balls.

Someone brought in a Nikon D850 & brushless gimbal.  Despite the water mark taking 1/4 of the screen, it could be the best documentation of the place.

Anyways, the gootubes reveal the private lives of millennials we never saw before from generation X & 1 thing lions have noticed is the immigrants are always working their asses off & hussling while the natives tend to slack.  It's definitely not the traditional view that immigrants all come for a free ride.  No-one comes to US for any reason besides getting rich unless they're idiots.  They definitely don't come to live on the public dole or get free healthcare.

It made the lion kingdom wonder what would happen if Amerikans elected an illegal immigrant for president instead of what they've been trying.

 Finally watched Creepshow, 40 years after rereading the comic book many times by flashlight. The highlight visually might have been the now vintage Apple II which was cutting edge in those days. Nothing utterly terrifying.  Better writing than anything current.  Only slightly deviates from the comic book. The highlight emotionally might have been when after feeding his wife to the warewolf, the now liberated man sits down to doing anything he wants.  The big deviation was the warewolf escaping in the end, while the comic book kept him trapped underwater. The zombies might have been easier on the eyes than the single women. The original comic book is now on archive.org with a 1 hour free trial.  With a 4k monitor, all you need to do is screencap it while turning the pages.  The raw images are very high res but a 4k screencap is still higher than any animal would actually read it in.
