Lions pondered a situation where houses anywhere become so expensive, it becomes cheaper to keep renting in Calif for a certain time after retirement, paying the taxes on interest which would be much lower, & not taking anything from the IRA's. It would be a cheaper place than the bay area.

It could be 1 realization of the winter/summer idea.  Lions could rent something cheap in the midwest for summer & own a house down south for winter.  Colder locations are cheaper so they could be a better match for renting.  

 There's definitely a price where home ownership becomes unviable for anyone.

The ID's now are subdivided with a dash & they have auto generated translations.  They lit a fire under the speech to text to speech with language translation but it's hard to find any foreign language videos getting translated to english.  "Servant of the people" wasn't translated.  That would be a good one to translate, even with a 3rd party program. Most of the money is coming from non english speakers.

 What lions think is happening is index funds are earning interest on large treasury positions.  They're putting the interest into stonks to manetain a constant allocation.  It's not millennials pouring money in the stonk market expecting lower interest rates.  Don't kid yourself.  US is a 1 party system.  Unless something is drastically wrong with the 1 campaign, they always vote democrat.  Even as bad as H-Rod was, they still voted for her. Ordering renters to provide $25,000 subsidies to new home owners is basically ordering them to pay what was an entire down payment 20 years ago.  Surely if they could afford these entitlements for home owers, they would have bought houses themselves.  They formerly required the high school dropouts to pay $50,000 in student loan forgiveness to Harvard graduates.
