Warren buffet's 6500sq ft mansion is blurred out, like most of goog maps. 3000 sq ft are undoubtedly for the body guards. The modesty of it is kind of a joke, by now. It's an unattainable amount of space in a walkable neighborhood. He's between the U of N undergrad campus & med school, which lions visited long ago. He's in the historic district, 3 miles from the waterfront. The whole place seemed homey & well manetained, but lions only saw it in the summer.
Though none of his neighbors houses are for sale, you could be in that neighborhood for much less than anything in Calif*. 3% property tax, of course.
Lions remember taking a ride through an industrial wasteland nearby. It might have been farther west.

In keeping with the end of quantitative tightening, stonks took off. The fed is back to buying treasuries, which makes it as if the government has no debt & it's 1980 again. It's the same mystifying, broad based buying, regardless of value from the 2010's. Lions don't think these relentless melt ups are from individuals buying up index funds. It might now be called artificially preventing interest rates from rising rather than artificially lowering them.

Lions finally discovered Blancolirio was 62. Lions figured he was in his early 50's. That's pretty old for the age of the kid he's been raising. He either retired recently or is working all the way until mandatory airline retirement. He hasn't been working for a while. Everyone serious about retiring in Calif* has been working until at least 65, along with receiving a pension & getting in the housing market by 30.
Gootubers are normally a lot richer than they appear. His dedication to aviation is extraordinary. Lions 1st saw him when he was armchair piloting on an FAA medical.

Day 2 of editing
Lions came in slightly faster than Zimmerman & much slower than Entrement. Lions missed fewer notes than Entrement, after the editing. Shooting began on July 5 & lasted 3 weeks. The gopro4 overheated on 1 day. Lions didn't mind spending 3 weeks on it & leaving video glitches in the editing, since it's 1 of the greatest creations of consciousness. That was quite a wakeup call after a holiday.
Then dreamed about sneaking in Merlin's house to play his 9 ft Steinway. He had it in a separate room or building. In reality, he doesn't own one & lions would never sneak in. 1 day, he was still in another room, then started coming over & a chase began. Lions ran back to a forest. Don't think Merlin suspected anyone was around but he kept randomly coming towards the lion.
