Given the high bean diet of the temporary crown, lions did a fartlek. Aimed for fatigue level instead of landmarks, but they ended up being manely 160m with 1 257m. Then did a 7m58s mile uphill. That was disappointing. They really felt longer than 160m. Lions really need the robot to hit the higher efforts.
Fortunately, the posterior tibialis was less painful after finishing than when it started. It's quite the opposite of 2 years ago. It eventually flared up after the speed mile but it wasn't a permanent regression like 2 years ago.
The year now stands at 3011 miles with a lifetime total of over 30,000 miles. Earth's circumference fell in 2023.
This year's xmas would be a rainout & indoor intensive.
1 day later & the posterior tibialis was still feeling 40. Didn't take protein but did take egg nog. There were theories that the sodium bicarb in protein was releasing the temporary crown, but the temporary crown had become lose enough on its own to risk it. Denture adhesive had gone 4 days without any problems, so it was worth the pain to reseat it 1 more time.

As usual, the media isn't reporting any obvious reasons for the name change. 1 thing if the Trump lost is marbles. Another thing if he had any influence on it.
