Walnuts crushed.  11 minute pace with a very slow cadence has been manageable on a daily basis for the tendon.  11 minutes was what lions manely managed before 2016.  5.5 hours would be the tail end of what would finish an organized marathon, but an organized marathon wouldn't be concerned with preserving the tendon.

Just like that, the 2 hour marathon was broken in an official race.  It's all about carbon plated shoes.  Kind of like Barkley, no-one winning & suddenly 2 winning in a year.  Interestingly, the super shoes weigh as much as racing flats 15 years ago, 3oz.  It makes lions wonder if a CF plate should be sandwiched in sandals.

No-one has documented the shape of the CF plate in their 10 year existence or how they achieve springiness.  There's no money to be made in showing a western audience how something works.  They could be arch shaped, which would be quite difficult to fabricate outside China.

The ADIZERO ADIOS PRO EVO 3 shows a spoon shaped plate.  That would provide some springiness but it requires a very thick sole & a toe drop.  Makes lions wonder how much of a spoon would fit in a 12mm sole.  The sandals compress into an arch from the back to the front.  A flat plate could provide a restoring force.

Looks like it's not going so well for Chinese laissez faire capitalism until...

About equal when compared to official inflation.  Neither country has seen a significant change over 20 years.  Buying in 2020 in China led to a 30% drop, though.

If money was unlimited & lions didn't know what to do with it, would they move back to 1 of the previous neighborhoods in Calif*?  Even the cheapest house would take a serious mortgage, a much bigger inheritance than lions will ever get, or some huge stonk option windfall.  It would be financed until death.

The odds are lions would be able to sell it after running out of money & get a bigger profit than stonks.

If lions had unlimited wealth, HP middle manager midcentury modern on Middlefield Rd wins the vote.  The center of everything, perfect weather all year, walkable.  Currently $4M & rising fast.  Was $2.5M 10 years ago.

If lions wanted to burn everything they ever made & take out a mortgage, the Union City neighborhood wins the vote.  Once again perfect weather all year, despite being subject to a seabreeze in Summer afternoons.  Relatively near the center of everything & relatively walkable with robotics.  Lions believe the positive memories outweighed the negative memories more than any other neighborhood.

The mane problem with where lions have been since 2000 is extremely hot summers & extremely cold winters.  There are still dreams that the tech sector permanently moves away or runs out of steam & prices collapse, but these neighborhoods wouldn't be the center of everything anymore.

Santa Barbara is a bit remote, as much as lions dream of the weather & the ambience.

Continuing the study of Dave's garage,

he provided a wider view of the security cam footage from long ago.  Despite the challenge of climate control, it would be quite a dream.

So the lion kingdom sold its land in a long term payout agreement & the idea of inheriting a house proved a bridge too far, as expected.

The new land owner is paying to use it over 10 years & then taking ownership.  The consequences are not having any capital loss harvesting, not being able to use it for housing, not having the equity from it, for 10 years.  Lions would be over 60 by the time the equity was recovered.  Based on currency devaluation, it would be equivalent to selling it for 1/2 today.

The current fair market value is probably 1/2 the total payout agreement, which takes the bite out of the drawbacks.  The mane motivation of the forced sale is a lack of any way to manetain it.

Having no land, no inherited house, & no equity is a difficult situation.  Lions would most likely rent for the rest of their lives.  A better deal would allow lions to refund all the money paid & reclaim ownership of the land, at any time in the 10 years.  This would only happen if the market boomed or if the housing situation turned & the only affordable option by a large margin was building.  The man cave still remanes a very attractive option.

Every city has "high crime" or "worst place to live" in the gootube title, in order to get clicks, but Cocoa seems to be the worst worst.  Largo seems to be 2nd worst & Titusville seems to be the least crime.

Indeed, property values in Cocoa seem to be depressed.  Videos show some pretty dumpy neighborhoods, manely abandoned artifacts of the apollo era.  Being close to the space program might be unattainable.

Titusville is a bit more upscale.  Lions would be driving to Cocoa to walk to the ocean or driving directly to the ocean.

The videos about Largo really emphasize the flooding problems.

The closer to the coast, the bigger the compromise to find anything affordable.  Newberry has some pretty posh, affordable neighborhoods in comparison.
