2 years now since lions were last able to run every day.  There's a nonzero chance the malaise which began in 2024 is related to the cat naps starting in 2024 & vitamin C reduction in 2026.  Cat naps haven't been in the most relaxed position because when confronted with a short sleep time, the brain puts up with a less comfortable position.  Vitamin C going down to 1g/day coincided with the hamstring tendon.

Trying to boost the vitamin C at noon failed because lions always forgot.  The morning is the best time to take it all, since that minimizes the residual odor at night & enhances the bowel movement in the morning.

1 thing that might work is just taking protein every other day, regardless of effort.  They now recommend taking less because of mercury concentrations.

The big change after age 48 was what formerly recovered no longer recovered.  Hamstring tendon, posterior tibialis, heel injury used to bounce back in a few days.  Lions eat less frozen food than they used to & more fruit.  They eat a 3rd meal at midnight.

Race swag from 13 years ago finally got discarded.  They used to give out menthol gel, wet naps, gu, shaving oil & so much junk mail.  The popularity of the sport might have thinned the giveaways, but it might also have been inflation.

The destination of the 13 year old bags remanes unknown.  Those fabric ones were 1 of a kind.  They're all disposable clear plastic now, but fabric grocery bags now abound.

2 years after the lion kingdom's moment of amazement, the jesus heroine officially retired at age 49, in Dallas, joining the rapidly expanding list of classmates who are now retired.  She always did show signs of shrewd investing.  The last 3 years of government contracting must have paid extremely well.  She probably finished way above $2M & now is a full time traveler.
