 It looks like arts & crafts tube just roams the trade shows & discovers makers who appear to be doing something novel.  After discovering her in Oct 2024 they got her in studio in Aug 2026, then came the 2M views & the rest was history.

 Music room viewed from the windows.  Suspect the music room was 35x26.  Of mane interest is whether Billy Joel considers this big enough for a Steinway D.  The traditional recommendation of 90ft of wall length would be satisfied but lions suspect it's a bit loud.

 Typical tract houses under $300k now max out at 25x14 with the combined living & dining room.  The kitchen might eek out enough room for a Steinway D if it's right against the sliding door.
